Ron Friedmann
15 January 2019 (Saint-Malo, France) – This month Project Counsel Media kicks-off our new video series on individuals that we think are the brainiacs in the world of e-discovery, information governance, and the practice and business management challenges in the legal market.
I wanted to start with Ron because I have known him for 10+ years and he has spent over two decades working in the legal market, and his background and experience are well suited to help lawyers solve their toughest practice and business management challenges. Plus he regularly publishes articles and blog posts that are widely read in the legal industry on how to improve law practice efficiency and improve law firm business operations.

Last summer our video crew caught up with him at ILTA and he covered a wide-range of topics that included his extensive background, the increasing number of lawyers taking non-traditional roles in law firms, the main use cases for artificial intelligence in law firms, enterprise experience management, some simpler technologies that law firms and in-house departments can employ other than AI … oh, just a whole host of topics.
