None of this is making anyone safer—it’s intimidation against Americans standing up for their right to protest peacefully, and for immigrants rights.

12 October 2025 – The police state doesn’t care about your 1st amendment rights, no matter who you are or what your citizenship status is.
The following video was posted last night by ICE on its official government account. And yes, that is their soundtrack:
Treating individuals in this manner strips them of their dignity and respect. Being transported on a cart like an object rather than a person can be deeply degrading and traumatic.
This is torture. This is a dangerous restraint position. This person can’t breathe effectively – her face is purple which is an indication of severe distress. She is vomiting. Is this why we have “official” reports of 17 deaths in ICE custody?
Today, ICE used tear gas on families in a Chicago residential neighborhood – just because citizens gathered to film them:
This was just 3 days after a judge prohibited tear gas from being used on protesters, clergy, or journalists in the Northern District of Illinois.
ICE knows they can do anything because there will be no accountability.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is just a prelude of what’s to come.
